Drawing Amsterdam Dailies, Day 87. My photos have now taken me to a much busier area and more crowded canal than I’d come across. I’m starting with drawing the canal boats and then will see how much of the rest of the area will fit. It’s also a poss…

Drawing Amsterdam Dailies, Day 88. I’m still sketching with pencil trying out various things to see how much do I want to actually include. I think the main focus will be all the boats and houseboats in the canal. I like the trees lining the sides too. As I begin inking tomorrow, I’ll see how much of outside the actual canal I’ll keep.
